Hi, I’m Lee-Anne Burgess.

I’ve been supporting businesses behind the scenes since 2016, helping people bring more organisation, structure and breathing room to the way they work.

Capable Co. is the next chapter of that work: thoughtful, flexible business support built around the person and business in front of me.

Our approach

Support should make work feel easier.
Not give you another system to fit into.

We take time to understand your business, your priorities and how you work best.

From there, we keep things practical: clear communication, thoughtful follow-through and support that can flex as your needs change.

No rigid processes for the sake of it. Just support that makes sense for you and your business.

Behind Capable Co.

Nearly a decade behind the scenes

I started working as a Virtual Assistant in 2016, supporting business owners with the practical work that keeps things moving behind the scenes.

Over the years, that has grown to include executive support, business administration, systems and processes, project coordination and managing a small team of associates. It’s given me a pretty good understanding of just how differently businesses — and the people running them — work.

Capable Co. brings that experience together. Thoughtful business support, with more room for flexibility, curiosity and finding ways of working that make sense for the people and businesses we support.

A little more about me

There isn’t one right way to work.
And good support should recognise that.

I’m naturally someone who likes making sense of things: untangling the messy bits, spotting what could work better and creating a little more order where it’s needed.

As an AuDHDer myself, I understand first-hand how much difference the right systems, communication and support can make. That perspective shapes the way I work with all my clients, neurodivergent or not.
